David Tigtig, RN, MSN, FNP-C
David Tigtig, RN, MSN, FNP-C, is an experienced and compassionate board-certified family nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Huntsville, Texas. David has more than seven years of experience in direct patient care. He enjoys helping cardiac patients with heart conditions, tests like echocardiogram, preoperative evaluation, and much more.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas in Arlington. He completed his master’s degree to become a family nurse practitioner at the University of Cincinnati. David is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
As a nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic, David performs exams, interprets studies, and works closely with a supervising cardiologist to establish and coordinate an effective plan of care for all patients. Heart health is a passion for David, and he loves helping his patients along the road to wellness.
Heather Wolfe, NP
Heather Wolfe, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a compassionate and caring family nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic in The Woodlands and Conroe. She joined Healing Hearts Clinic in 2020, and enjoys being part of a team that treats patients with various medical conditions such as atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
Heather has been a nurse for 13 years. She obtained her Masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. She especially enjoys treating patients with congestive heart failure, as well as educating patients to help them achieve and maintain an active lifestyle that promotes heart health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and participating in triathlons.
Lindsey Danielson, NP
Lindsey Heap Danielson, RN, MS, FNP- C, is a compassionate and dedicated board certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Healing Heart Clinic in Shenandoah and Conroe, Texas. Lindsey has extensive experience working with patients in both the hospital and clinical setting. She enjoys helping patients experiencing cardiac and vascular conditions as well as performing preoperative cardiac evaluations and managing diagnostic exams such as stress tests and echocardiograms.
Lindsey is a native Utahn who earned an undergraduate degree with Magna Cum Laude honors at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. She then went on to earn her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Georgetown University. She enjoys lifelong learning and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American College of Cardiology.
As a nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic, Lindsey works closely with an interventional cardiologist to provide high quality care for all patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and photography.
Patt Innis, NP
Patricia Innis, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an empathic and committed board-certified family nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Huntsville, Texas. Patricia has combined experience in acute and primary care, where she has developed a passion for working collaboratively in helping patients attain optimal cardiac well-being. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Eastern Michigan University, then later continued her nursing education at the University of Texas at Arlington to complete her master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner. She is currently pursuing a post-master certification in acute care nursing.
Before earning her graduate degree, Patricia worked in critical care, where she learned the importance of educating patients and their families on their journey to wellness. Patricia particularly enjoys combining lifestyle practices with evidence-based medicine for maximum health outcomes in improving patients’ overall quality of life.
Betty Rodriguez, NP
Betty Rodriguez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is new to the Conroe, The Woodlands, and Huntsville, Texas area. She is compassionate, caring and ready to listen to the cardiovascular health concerns of her patients. Betty believes in protecting the hearts of her patients, so that in turn patients can enjoy valuable time with their loved ones. Her focus is geared towards prevention of disease and preserving the cardiovascular system for the years to come.
Betty received her undergraduate degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Her nursing career involved caring for patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and in Women’s Health. She obtained her Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, and is currently board-certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She plans to obtain her Post-Master’s certificate in acute care. Throughout her professional career Betty has served a wide range of clients, both in English and Spanish.
Teamwork is a vital part of healthcare, and patients need to have a strong team that will meet and individualize their health needs. Betty, along with her supervising interventional cardiologist, will pay attention to detail to give patients the comprehensive care they need. She is wholeheartedly ready to serve this community and is looking forward to meeting with patients.
